Giving birth to my son was the most beautiful and painful experience of my life. I was attached to my son in the womb, and when he was born, I became more attached. The pain was worth seeing his face for the first time. During the pregnancy, I had some complications. However, I made sure to get adequate treatment and to stay healthy.
Mortality in infants is fairly low in the United States. However, in countries like Africa, infant mortality is very high. It is expected that due to economic issues, the mortality rate will increase by 50,000 in Africa. A poor economy leads to less health care and poor prenatal care. Therefore, I attribute the mortality rate in the United States to health care and prenatal care.

Hello Tammie,
ReplyDeleteThe role of parenting is a wonderful yet challenging experience ; indeed, a number of complications can occur during the birthing experience. Thanks for the information about the birthing experience in Africa. Naturally, quality health care varies among countries, and countries such as Africa often have a high mortality rate because of the state of their economic conditions
Hi Tammie
DeleteIt really true that in spite all the pain that we might have during labor, but soon we see the baby we forget all that suffering. I remembered when I gave birth to my first son I told my husband that I will not be pregnant again because all the pain that I had seen during and after labor, but the truth was as soon as I saw my baby, I told my husband I am thinking to make another baby.
Hi Tammy I see that we had a very similar experience. I will never forget my first birth expereince it was both exciting and very very very painful.
